HOLZMAN’S KEYS KOTTAGE AND BAYSIDE are your locations for vacation rentals in Islamorada and the upper Florida Keys. The Keys Kottage and Bayside are two units on the HOLIDAY HOUSE RESORT MOTEL property located on the bay side of Upper Matecumbe Key in the heart of the Village of Islamorada, the perfect location for a relaxing family vacation, and equally perfect “base camp” for a serious fishing adventure. An easy ninety minute drive from Miami International Airport, the HOLIDAY HOUSE RESORT MOTEL and Holzman’s Keys Kottage and Bayside are in the middle of where it’s happening in Islamorada and the Upper Keys.
Accommodations: The Keys Kottage and Bayside have everything you could want for your stay in paradise. Both units have recently been remodeled and renovated, and each include whisper quiet Mitsubishi ductless central air-conditioning and ceiling fans throughout. We provide all of the necessary non-consumables such as pots, pans, dishes and silverware in the kitchens, towels in the bathrooms and sheets, blankets and pillows for all the beds. Each kitchen is provided with a full size refrigerator-freezer, range and oven, microwave and dishwasher. The front room of each unit have a tv with cable, a dvd player and stereo music for rainy day entertainment. Smoking is not permitted inside either unit. Each unit has a patio and each has a gas grill to cook your fish. Both the Keys Kottage and Bayside have a full-size clothes washer and dryer for your convenience. And both units, as well as the entire property, have Wifi access to the internet.
